What is fucoxanthin?
Fucoxanthin is a member of the carotenoid family which includes beta carotene, lutein and lycopene. It is commonly found in brown seaweed and is the brown pigment that gives brown seaweed its characteristic color.

Are there any stimulants in Sea-Thin?
Absolutely not! Sea-Thin contains no stimulants or other potentially harmful diet aids such as Ephedrine and PPA (phenylpropanolamine). Sea-Thin can be used at night, and will not cause jitters or loss of sleep.

Are there any other potential health benefits from taking Sea-Thin?
The high consumption of marine vegetables in Asian diets may be a contributing factor in their well-established, low incidence of health problems in Japan as compared to Americans.

Where is the seaweed harvested?

What is the recommended usage for Sea-Thin?
600 mg daily, in divided servings (One 200 mg soft gels taken 3 times daily in the morning, noon and dinner time). Sea-Thin should be taken with a meal.

Do I need to do anything else to lose weight?
Yes. Despite what many diet products would lead you to believe, the only way to lose weight and keep it off without damaging your health is by adopting a healthy lifestyle that includes a moderate exercise program and a calorie conscious diet. The research on Sea-Thin was done in conjunction with a calorie conscious diet.

Are there any contraindications or warnings for Sea-Thin ?
Clinical studies and a long history of the use of brown sea vegetables as food show no significant adverse effects.  However, as with any dietary supplement consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or under medical supervision. Not intended for children. Sea-Thin is manufactured on equipment that may process soy, wheat and/or fish (anchovy/sardine).
